1.1. Order Cancellation by Users: Customers may request the cancellation of their order by contacting us via support@ayva.co.in within ONE days of placing the order. Requests for order cancellation made after this period may not be accepted.

1.2. Cancellation by AYVA: AYVA reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or violation of our Terms of Use.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds for Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, we will initiate a FULL refund to the original payment method within 3 days after the cancellation request is approved.

2.2. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via support@ayva.co.in. We may request evidence of the damage or defect, such as photographs, before processing a refund.

2.3. Refunds for Services: Refunds for services, such as membership fees or subscription services, may be subject to specific terms outlined in the service agreement.

2.4. Refund Processing Time: Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
