1. What these Terms cover

These Terms govern your use of ayva.co.in — reading it, submitting the contact form, and any account you hold on this site.

They do NOT govern our products or our services work. HireOrbyt, Campus360 and SkoolBook each have their own terms, agreed when you or your organisation signs up for them. Consulting, custom AI development and AI-lab engagements are governed by the proposal, MoU or statement of work signed for that engagement. Where those documents conflict with this page, they win.

2. Information on this site

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we describe what our products actually do rather than what we intend them to do. Even so, descriptions here are for information — they are not an offer, a specification, or a warranty.

Anything we commit to is what appears in a signed proposal, MoU or statement of work. Nothing on this website creates a service level, an availability commitment or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. The contact form

Submitting the form asks us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige either of us to proceed. What we do with the details you send is set out in our Privacy notice.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If you need to share something under an NDA, tell us and we will put one in place first.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to breach, probe or overload this site; use automated means to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others; misrepresent your identity when contacting us; or use our name, logo or content to imply a partnership that does not exist.

5. Intellectual property

This site and its content, including text, design, software and branding, belong to Ayva Technologies or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or present it as your own, without our written consent.

Product and company names belonging to other organisations are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

6. Links to other sites

We link to our own product sites and occasionally to third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.

7. Disclaimers and liability

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim — which, for a visitor who has bought nothing, is nil. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
